Presenter

David Theil is an Agile Coach and Change Manager at MIC. He has more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry (in various roles such as Head of Software, Product Owner, Senior Software Engineer, Scrum Master, etc.).
His areas of expertise include product management, agile methods, leadership, change management, and AI strategies.

Target Group

Agile practitioners, Product Owners, Scrum Master, Agile Coaches, Project Managers. Everybody who is interested in Agile principles, tools & methods, coaching, change management & organizational development.
